Elizabeth Tejeda is a dual-licensed mental health clinician and founder of Omnidirectional Counseling Services, dedicated to offering 360° care that honors the whole person. She integrates evidence-based counseling with practical life guidance, so clients feel supported not only in their inner world but also in relationships, work, and major life transitions.
Her approach is warm, direct, and collaborative: she partners with clients to identify patterns, heal past wounds, and build tools they can use every day. Whether someone is managing anxiety, navigating career stress, or working through family or relationship challenges, Elizabeth creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth feels possible and sustainable.
I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental health conditions in a wide range of settings, including methadone clinics, outpatient programs, private practice, in-home and community-based counseling, halfway houses, PCH adolescents residential program, county jail, and the Ryan White Program, where I also served as a Program Coordinator. These experiences deepened my commitment to accessible, culturally responsive care and inspired me to launch my own private practice in honor of the diverse communities I have been fortunate to serve.
